Setting Guest Limits

You can set guest limits globally for all recipients, or customize them individually based on your needs.

Set a Guest Limit for All Guests (Global Setting)

To apply a universal guest limit to all of your invitation recipients:

1. Go to the ENTER DETAILS page.

2. In the GUEST LIMIT field, enter the total number of guests each invitee is allowed to RSVP for — including themselves.

Example:
To allow each guest to bring one additional person (a "plus one"), enter '2'. This sets the limit to two people total: the guest and one additional guest.

Set Unique Guest Limits for Individual Recipients

To assign different guest limits to specific recipients (e.g., plus ones or family groups), you can do this in two places:

Option 1: On the DELIVERY Page

1. Go to the DELIVERY page.

2. Add a recipient and click Add Guest.

3. Select the recipient and click Guest Limit.

4. Enter the desired limit:

   • 1 for just the recipient

   • 2 to allow a plus one

   • 5 for a family of five

5. Click Save.

Option 2: On the View Responses Page

1. Navigate to the VIEW RESPONSES page.

2. Click on the guest’s name.

3. Enter the desired guest limit.

4. Click Save.
