When creating your event, click on ENTER DETAILS, to include any of these features:

Additional info

If you add content to this, your guests will get an 'Additional Info' link at the bottom of your invitation. They will also see this information at the bottom of the RSVP page. This area is great for more info about your event: dress code, parking information, agendas, etc. 

Include RSVP option

If this box is checked, a black RSVP button will appear at the bottom of the invitation. If you do not want to use the RSVP functionality, uncheck this box. 

Privacy Option

If this button is checked, there will be a link at the bottom of your invite that when clicked guests can see others' responses. 

Inviting Others

If this box is checked, an 'invite others' link will be at the bottom of your invite. If this link is clicked, your guests can enter email addresses into the box and an invitation will be sent to the emails added. 

Weather

If you add a zipcode into this field, a link will display at the bottom of your invite that when clicked will pop up the weather in the location of your event. 

Guest limit

You can specify the maximum number of people a guest can bring to your event. Leaving this field blank, or setting it at 0, gives an unlimited number of people that the recipient can bring. Please keep in mind that the recipient counts as a guest, so setting it to 1 will limit just the recipient to attend, with no additional guests. If you wish to have each recipient bring only 1 guest with them, the maximum number would be set to 2, 2 additional guests would be set to 3, and so on.

Poll Your Guests

You can ask as many questions to your guests that you would like. Commonly people use this feature for meal choices, names of guests they are bringing, and other information. Read more about how to create a poll.

Specify items for guests to bring

This option allows you to inform your guests of certain items you would like brought to your event. If selected, you will be able to type in particular items into a form. When your recipients RSVP to your event, there will be a list of your specified items. Your recipients can choose which items they would like to bring. As a particular item is chosen, it is then deleted from the list. If you have several items that are the same (3 bottles of white wine) the item will remain available until all of the items are accounted for. From MY ACCOUNT, you will be able to view which items have been chosen and who is responsible for bringing the item. To use this option, go to MY ACCOUNT > ENTER DETAILS and add the item names in the fields.
