There are several ways to collect ticket payments from your guests. You can set up your ticket payment preferences in MANAGE TICKETS when you create your ticket.
1. Sell tickets by credit card and PayPal
You must have a valid and verified PayPal account. Enter your PayPal email address on the MANAGE TICKETS screen to collect funds. Funds will be immediately deposited into your PayPal account and tickets will be automatically sent to your guests. PayPal fees may apply.
2. Collect payments yourself
Select this option to receive payments via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, cash, check, etc. When you receive payment, log into your dashboard to send your guest their tickets.
When you use this option, please specify on your invitation how you would like to be paid. For example, write on your invitation:
- "Make ticket payments via Venmo to @myvenmo"
- "For tickets send a check to Sally Long"
To log payments and send tickets:
- Login to MY ACCOUNT
- Click VIEW RESPONSES
- Check the box next to the guest name, click MANAGE TICKETS FOR THIS GUEST
- Select the ticket type your guest paid for, and click SEND TICKET.
3. Sell tickets by credit card and PayPal and collect payments yourself
Sendo will automatically send tickets to those guests who purchase through credit card and PayPal, but also will allow you to manually log payments if you receive them by Zelle, Venmo, check, cash, etc.
4. Your tickets are free
You will not collect funds, but would like to use our ticketing functionality.
With this option, please write the desired payment method on your invitation with instructions on how to make payment.
