New! Accept ticket payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal - Friends and Family, check, cash, and more!

We have a new exciting feature, hosts can now accept ticket payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal - Friends and Family, check, cash, and more! This free feature does not incur PayPal's per-ticket fee or percentage fees. 

If a guest pays you directly via Zelle, Venmo, Paypal - Friends and Family, check, or cash, do the following to send them a ticket:

1. Login to MY ACCOUNT
2. Click VIEW RESPONSES
3. Check the box next to the guest name, click MANAGE TICKETS FOR THIS GUEST
4. Select the ticket type your guest paid for, and click SEND TICKET. 

Note that this method of receiving payment does not automatically send guests tickets. You must manually send them a ticket through Sendo. 

To use this feature, we suggest you state your desired payment method in the contents of your invitation:

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT 
2. Click CUSTOMIZE/EDIT
3. Add your desired payment method. For example: 'Tickets are $100, please Venmo @WoodsideHighSchool'
