We can't prevent someone from forwarding the email they receive to another person. If they do do this though, the replies will overwrite each other.
If you think that people will be forwarding their invite, please use the INVITE OTHERS option. This option will put up a button that will allow guests to invite others. You may also put a note on your invite that says 'if you would like to invite others, please use the 'invite others' link below.'
If someone does forward their email, their reply is overwritten by the person or persons that the email has been forwarded to. It will look as if the recipient has disappeared from the list, but in fact it has been 'updated' by the person they forwarded it to.
If you need your guests to be able to RSVP for their friends, the best thing to do is to set your total invited number as something greater than 1 so that guests can RSVP as more than 1 attending. You can also add a poll question on the MORE FEATURES page to ask guests to reply with their guest's name or email address.
Another option is to encourage your guests to use the SHARABLE LINK that comes free with every paid-for invitation to invite others to your event.
