At this time we find email support more efficient then phone support - here's why:
- We have the time to look into your account and make fixes and changes, this requires quite a bit of time. We are able to take time to review your account and event and make other suggestions.
- With an email thread, we have a detailed record of the communication that takes place in your account. We can look back on the correspondence easily and review.
We understand that some inquires may require a call, we are here to help with those too. We offer scheduled phone support. To schedule a call, please let us know some days and times that are best for you.
