How to check in guests at your event

There are two ways to check in guests at the door of your event: 

Check-in by QR code

To check in guests at the door of your event, scan their ticket with a QR reader or the photo app on your mobile device. QR code readers are available for download on your Apple or Android phones (search for 'QR code reader' in the app store). Many devices have built-in code readers. 

To view your checked-in guests, go to MY ACCOUNT and click the GUEST CHECK-IN URL. 

You will be able to see guests who have checked in and guests who have not checked in. 

Check-in by printed list

To check-in your guests by a printed list, go to MY ACCOUNT > VIEW TICKETS purchased. This list can be printed and used at the entrance of your event to manually check guests into your event.
