If you see a red 'email address error' in VIEW RESPONSES. You have sent to an old or incorrect email address and we received a bounce back.
To fix and send to the correct email address, go to MY ACCOUNT > VIEW RESPONSES > click on the recipient name or EDIT INFO > fix the email address > press SAVE. Then, to resend to this new address, check the box next to the recipient, press SEND A NOTE OR REMINDER. Then press SEND NOTE. This will resend the invitation to the new corrected email address.
